The Beginning
RE/MAX Traditions has a long standing presence in the community. It began in 1978 as RE/MAX of Longmont, barely a blip on the radar screen.

Growth Opportunities
It slowly grew and filled the space in its original location on Tulip Street. In March, 1985, a change in ownership brought Carol Cizek to the Broker of Record position, and she still continues at that post. In 1986, we moved to a new location at 17th and Hover, grew to fill the first floor and expanded into the second.

The new location was in a brand new building, which allowed us to be on the leading edge with private offices for each Realtor, the best equipment available, and the ability to attract the best Realtors in town to join our staff.

A Growing Tradition
After 20 years, we made the giant step of building our own facility, our present location at 2204 18th Avenue in Longmont. At that time, we changed our name to RE/MAX Traditions to reflect our long-standing history and accommodate the broader geographical service areas of today's real estate world. Careful planning went into the design, encouraging peak performance in today's market.

We have the best technology, room for everything and everyone, a classroom to keep our Realtors on the cutting edge of our rapidly changing industry, comfortable conference rooms, a welcoming reception area, all encompassed in a homey atmosphere. The company's excellent reputation moved with us, and we continue to be leaders in the real estate industry.
